Margo began her career in the insurance industry in 1987. After four years as a company marketing representative, she started The Annuity Source, Inc. with a mission to offer the best products with exceptional service to financial professionals. Margo has served on multiple advisory boards during her insurance career and has represented over 50 insurance carriers. She is a graduate of the University of Washington with a degree in Political Science. Margo enjoys skiing, biking, reading and cheering on her kids from the sidelines. She resides in Bellevue, Washington with her husband Tom and their two children, Mariah and David.

Heather joined The Annuity Source, Inc. in 2001 and is currently our Chief Marketing Officer. She offers a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of the business and is hands on with our advisors on a daily basis. Heather offers a personal touch with case preparation, analysis and direction. She is a graduate of Pacific Lutheran University with a Major in Business and Minor in Economics. In her spare time, Heather plays golf, gardens and is an avid football fan. She currently resides in Sammamish, Washington with her husband Keith.

In September of 2002, Courtney began her career in the insurance industry with The Annuity Source, Inc. As the Director of Licensing, Courtney is our liaison with every insurance company and state insurance department. She also offers exceptional service to our valued producers in all aspects of the sales process. She is a graduate of Washington State University with a major in Communications and a Minor in Business. As an active volunteer, Courtney is involved with the Seattle Cancer Care Alliance, sings with the Seattle Chambers Singers and enjoys spending time with family and friends. Courtney lives in Seattle, Washington with her husband Nicholas.

Jaime became a member of The Annuity Source, Inc. team in 2003. She provides outstanding service to our customers while offering extensive product knowledge. Jaime manages our in-house tracking system which provides all in-force policy information for all current and future business. Jaime is a graduate of the University of Washington with a degree in English and a second degree in Theater. She is actively involved in the Seattle theater community and also enjoys music, reading, yoga, and a fine bottle of wine. Jaime makes her home in Seattle.

Lacey Nevitt is the newest member of our staff, joining us in early 2009. She brings with her excellent customer service skills and a personal touch. Her eagerness to help in all aspects of the sale is apparent to anyone who speaks with her. Lacey enjoys running, participating in local recreational sporting leagues and is an avid Cougar fan. She is a graduate of Washington State University with a degree in Business and Marketing. She makes her home in Seattle.

Mark brings extensive customer service and in-depth product knowledge to our team. He specializes in recruiting in the Western Region and provides his producers with top-notch marketing concepts and service: everything from product ideas, to proposals, to service of in-force business.  He obtained his Bachelors and Masters degrees from Western Washington University.  Mark is an avid triathlete and has qualified for National and World Championship events.  Mark resides in Bellingham, Washington with his wife Jacqueline and four sons Colin, Luke, and twins Joseph and Zachery.

Garry Morris joined The Annuity Source, Inc. in 2000. He has been in the insurance industry since 1979 which is evident by his extensive knowledge and strong relationships. He brings a wealth of expertise to his customers who are financial professionals scattered throughout the Northwest. Garry also holds a communications degree from the University of Washington. He likes cooking, gardening, writing and independent travel. His family consists of three daughters, Natasha, Heather and Rachel, and two sons Travis and Tyler. Garry resides in Graham, Washington.

With over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, Margareta specializes in Fixed Index Annuities. Since joining our team in 1998, Margareta offers her personal touch to her customers by providing the right product recommendation at the right time to make a successful sale. Operating The Annuity Source Southwest with her husband Brad, she covers the needs of agents throughout the Southwest. Margareta is a graduate of Pepperdine University with a degree in Economics and MBA from Seattle University. She makes her home in Scottsdale, AZ with husband Brad and children Cassandra and Brad Jr.
