Joni has over ten years of customer service experience working for her family's business, Morgan's Outdoor Adventures, and more recently as an Administrative Assistant for an advertising firm in Cincinnati, Ohio. She has a bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in education. Joni resides in Cincinnati, Ohio and loves to spend her time outdoors kayaking, running and “upcycling” old furniture and antiquing.
